Firstly, a warm welcome to all new residents to the Parish of Low Coniscliffe and Merrybent and we hope you will be very happy in your new home and enjoy living in the Parish as we all do.

Defibrillators:

Following advice from The North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, the Parish Council have purchased two Defibrillators, one to be located near to the Notice Board in Merrybent and the other to the entrance to Gate Lane, Low Coniscliffe.

Parish Website:

The Parish Website has been redesigned, using the latest software which improves accessibility within the required security guidelines.  (www.lowconiscliffeandmerrybentpc.org.uk)

Section 106 Funding:

A formal application for Section 106 funding, relating to the Robertson Homes Development, has been submitted to Darlington Borough Council and the Parish Council await their response.

Christmas Carol Service in Low Coniscliffe:

The Cockerton Silver Band has been booked for Monday, 20 December 2021 – further details to follow.

Summer Fete 2022:

The Chair of the Summer Fete Committee has suggested a provisional date of Saturday, 09 July 2022 – further details to follow.

Floral Displays:

The Parish Council are looking for volunteers to help water flower displays throughout the Parish – please contact the Parish Clerk (heathertheclerk@gmail.com)

Litter:

A huge thank you to Litter Collectors – your continued support is much appreciated
